N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill, motivasi kerja,
dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas X jurusan
perhotelan SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. metode penelitian deskriptif
verifikatif metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post
facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X jurusan
SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan
sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan
menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dilakukan
melalui uji t dan secara simultan dilakukan melalui uji F. . Pengujian hipotesis
dilakukan uji t dan F serta diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
terdapat pengaruh baik secara simultan atau parsial antara soft skill, motivasi kerja,
dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas X jurusan
perhotelan SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian
hipotesis, diperoleh Fhitung= 29,841 dan Ftabel = 2,77 yang berarti bahwa
Fhitung > Ftabel dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 0,615 atau 61,5% dan
sisanya 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

This research aims to determine the influence of soft skills, work motivation,
and family environment on the work readiness of class X students majoring in
hospitality at SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. descriptive verification research
method, descriptive verification research method with an ex post facto and
survey approach. The population in this study was class X students majoring in
SMK Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung with a total of 60 people. The sampling
technique in this research is nonprobability sampling using saturated sampling.
Partial hypothesis testing is carried out via the t test and simultaneously carried
out via the F test. Hypothesis testing was carried out by t and F tests and
processed using SPSS. The research results show that there is a simultaneous or
partial influence between soft skills, work motivation and family environment
on the work readiness of class X students majoring in hospitality at SMK
Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, Fcount =
29.841 and Ftable = 2.77, which means that Fcount > Ftable with a
determination level of 0.615 or 61.5% and the remaining 38.5% is influenced
by other factors outside this research.
