abstract: Lawtronics merupakan aplikasi mobile yang dirancang untuk memberikan akses
mudah dan terjangkau terhadap layanan hukum bagi masyarakat. Lawtronics
menawarkan fitur seperti konsultasi hukum gratis dan berbayar, serta akses ke
artikel hukum dan dokumen hukum. Saat ini, aplikasi sejenis memiliki keterbatasan
dalam hal aksesibilitas dan kemudahan penggunaan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis UI/UX aplikasi Lawtronics yang
berfokus pada peningkatan aksesibilitas dan pengalaman pengguna. Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Thinking, dengan pengujian yang
melibatkan 20 responden, menggunakan metode Usability Testing, Task
Completion Rate (TCR), System Usability Scale (SUS), Single Ease Question
(SEQ), dan Heuristic Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lawtronics
memiliki tingkat aksesibilitas yang baik, dengan skor SUS rata-rata di atas 70 dan
TCR mencapai 80%. Pengujian SEQ menunjukkan sebagian besar pengguna
memberikan nilai 6-7 untuk kemudahan penyelesaian tugas. Evaluasi heuristik juga
menunjukkan perbaikan yang signifikan terhadap desain aplikasi. Kesimpulannya,
penerapan metode Design Thinking mampu meningkatkan kualitas UI/UX aplikasi
Lawtronics dan mempermudah akses layanan hukum bagi masyarakat.

Lawtronics is a mobile application designed to provide easy and affordable access
to legal services for the public. Lawtronics offers features such as free and paid
legal consultations, as well as access to legal articles and documents. Currently,
similar applications have limitations in terms of accessibility and ease of use for the
public. This research aims to design and analyze the UI/UX of the Lawtronics
application, focusing on improving accessibility and user experience. The
methodology used in this research is Design Thinking, with testing involving 20
respondents using Usability Testing, Task Completion Rate (TCR), System
Usability Scale (SUS), Single Ease Question (SEQ), and Heuristic Evaluation
methods. The results show that Lawtronics has good accessibility, with an average
SUS score above 70 and a TCR of 80%. SEQ testing indicates that most users rated
task completion ease between 6-7. Heuristic evaluation also shows significant
improvements in the application's design. In conclusion, the application of the
Design Thinking method effectively improves the UI/UX quality of the Lawtronics
application and facilitates public access to legal services.
