%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera
(PKS) dalam menghadapi Pemilu 2024 pasca konflik internal. Fokus penelitian
terletak pada upaya penguatan kelembagaan dan strategi politik yang diterapkan
oleh PKS untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam pemilu. Dengan menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses pelembagaan
PKS berdasarkan teori Randall & Sv?sand, serta strategi politik menurut Peter
Schorder. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKS menerapkan strategi
ofensif dan defensif untuk memperkuat identitas partai, meningkatkan otonomi
keputusan, dan memperbaiki citra publik. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan
kontribusi praktis dan teoritis bagi pengelolaan konflik dan perumusan strategi
partai politik.

This study aims to analyze the strategies of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in
facing the 2024 elections following internal conflicts. The focus of the research is
on strengthening institutional capabilities and the political strategies implemented
by PKS to achieve success in the elections. Using a descriptive qualitative
approach, this study explores the institutionalization process of PKS based on
Randall & Sv?sand's theory and political strategies according to Peter Schorder.
The findings show that PKS employs offensive and defensive strategies to
strengthen party identity, enhance decision-making autonomy, and improve public
image. These results are expected to provide practical and theoretical contributions
to conflict management and political party strategy formulation.
