Kompetensi menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan perilaku yang harus dimiliki oleh guru atau dosen dalam melaksanakan tugas profesional. Universitas Lampung telah melaksanakan pelatihan PEKERTI dan Applied Approach (AA) sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi dosen. Saat ini, proses pendaftaran manual dan integrasi kelas virtual yang kurang efisien menjadi kendala. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan dikembangkanlah sistem informasi pelatihan dosen berbasis web dengan menerapkan metodologi Agile Kanban dengan 60 task yang dikerjakan selama 5 bulan dan dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, Laravel 10, dan PostgreSQL. Sistem ini memiliki dua peran utama, yaitu admin dengan fitur manajemen pelatihan, manajemen modul, manajemen materi, manajemen tugas, manajemen kuis, manajemen sertifikat, serta dasbor; dan dosen dengan fitur pendaftaran pelatihan, pengerjaan tugas, akses materi, pengerjaan kuis, dan melihat sertifikat. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian blackbox dilakukan terhadap 103 kasus, yang seluruhnya menunjukkan hasil dengan status "valid? serta dilakukan pengujian system usability scale yang menghasilkan respons positif dari lima responden, dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 73 dan mendapat peringkat B-. Improving the quality of lecturers in higher education is a crucial aspect of Indonesian education. Competence according to Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers is the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that must be possessed by teachers or lecturers in carrying out professional duties. Lampung University has carried out PEKERTI and Applied Approach (AA) training as an effort to improve lecturer competence. Currently, the manual registration process and inefficient integration of virtual classes are obstacles. Based on these problems, a web-based lecturer training information system was designed and developed by applying the Agile Kanban methodology with 60 tasks that were carried out for 5 months and developed using PHP, Laravel 10, and PostgreSQL. This system has two main roles, namely admin with features of training management, module management, material management, assignment management, quiz management, certificate management, and dashboard; and lecturers with features of training registration, assignment work, material access, quiz work, and viewing certificates. Then continued with blackbox testing carried out on 103 cases, all of which showed results with an ?valid? status and system usability scale testing was carried out which resulted in a positive response from five respondents, with an average score of 73 and received a B- rating.
