Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Lampung dengan variabel bebas mutu sumber
daya manusia, lowongan kerja formal, dan tingkat upah. Penelitian ini
menggunakan data time seriesdaritahun 2001-2014. Alat analisis yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalahregresi berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least
Square (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel mutu sumber
daya manusia dan variabel lowongan kerja sektor formal berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Lampung dan variabel
tingkat upah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran
terdidik di Provinsi Lampung.
Kata Kunci: Tingkat pengangguran terdidik, mutu sumber daya manusia,
lowongan kerja sektor formal, dan tingkat upah.

ABSTRACT

This studyaimed toanalyze the factorsthatinfluence
theeducatedunemployedinLampungProvincewiththe independent variablesof the
human resources, formalemployment, andwages. This studyusestime series
datafrom theyears2001-2014. The analytical toolusedin this studyis multiple
regression withOrdinary LeastSquare(OLS). The resultsofthis studyindicatethatthe
variablequality ofhuman resourcesandformalsectoremploymentvariablepositive
and significant effecton unemploymenteducatedin Lampungandvariablewage
ratespositiveandnosignificanteffecton unemploymenteducatedinLampung
Province.
