%T ANALISIS PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA SEKTOR INDUSTRI
PENGOLAHAN KABUPATEN DAN KOTA DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG

TAHUN 2017-2022
%X Indikator keberhasilan ekonomi suatu negara salah satunya adalah keberhasilan
dalam menangani masalah ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan metodologi data panel. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Penyerapan
Tenaga Kerja Sektor Industri Pengolahan, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto
(PDRB) Sektor Industri Pengolahan, Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota, dan Jumlah
Unit Usaha Industri Pengolahan. Batasan penelitian ini adalah 15 Kabupaten dan
Kota di Provinsi Lampung dengan periode Tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB Sektor Industri Pengolahan dan Jumlah Unit
Usaha Industri Pengolahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan
tenaga kerja, sedangkan UMK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap
penyerapan tenaga kerja pada 15 Kabupeten dan Kota di Provinsi Lampung tahun
2017-2022.

One of the indicators of a country's economic success is its ability to handle
employment issues. The study uses a panel data methodology. The variables used
are Labor Absorption of the Manufacturing Sector, Gross Regional Domestic
Product (GRDP) of the Manufacturing Sector, Minimum Wage in Regencies/Cities,
and the Number of Manufacturing Business Units. The scope of this research is 15
Regencies and Cities in the Province of Lampung for the period from 2017 to 2022.
The results of the study show that the GRDP of the Manufacturing Sector and the
Number of Manufacturing Business Units have a positive and significant effect on
labor absorption, while the Minimum Wage has a negative and significant effect on
labor absorption in the 15 Regencies and Cities in the Province of Lampung from
2017 to 2022.
