description: Latar Belakang: Nodul tiroid merupakan lesi tersendiri dan terbatas di dalam kelenjar tiroid yang dapat dikelompokkan menjadi jinak dan ganas. Insidensi kanker tiroid mengalami peningkatan yang global di Indonesia dengan angka kejadian kanker tiroid mencapai 13.114 kasus dengan angka kematian 2.224 yang menepati urutan ke 12 kanker paling banyak di Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa faktor dalam kejadian nodul tiroid, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, faktor keluarga atau genetik, riwayat terkena radiasi, kebiasaan merokok dan tempat tinggal. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut di Instalasi Rekam Medik RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek.  Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross- sectional. Teknik perhitungan besar sampel berupa purposive sampling dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian sesuai dengan kriteria iklusi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien nodul tiroid di instalasi rekam medik pada bulan Juni 2023- Juni 2024 sejumlah 150 subjek.  Hasil: Pasien nodul tiroid di instalasi rekam medik RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek periode juni 2023-juni 2024 adalah kelompok usia ≥40 tahun sebanyak 102 pasien (68%). Pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 128 pasien (85,3%) dan laki- laki sebanyak 22 pasien (14,7%). Tempat tinggal pasien paling banyak di dataran rendah yaitu 140 pasien (93,3%). Pasien yang tidak memiliki riwayat keluarga sebanyak 113 pasien (75,3%). Hasil gambaran histopatologi ganas yang lebih dominan yaitu 102 pasien (68%). Analisis bivariat hubungan usia dan jenis kelamin dengan hasil gambaran histopatologi didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,004 dan 0,001. Serta tidak terdapat hubungan tempat tinggal dan riwayat keluarga.  Kesimpulan: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan jenis kelamin dengan hasil gambaran histopatologi di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek.    Kata Kunci: Nodul Tiroid, Faktor Risiko, Hasil Gambaran Histopatologi    Background: Thyroid nodules are isolated and limited lesions within the thyroid gland that can be grouped into benign and malignant. The incidence of thyroid cancer has increased globally in Indonesia with the incidence of thyroid cancer reaching 13,114 cases with a mortality rate of 2,224 which ranks 12th most common cancer in Indonesia. There are several factors in the incidence of thyroid nodules, such as age, gender, family or genetic factors, history of radiation exposure, smoking habits and place of residence. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between these factors in the Medical Records Installation of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital.  Method: This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The sample size calculation technique is purposive sampling by making the entire population a research sample according to the inclusion criteria. The subjects of this study were thyroid nodule patients in the medical record installation in June 2023-June 2024 totaling 150 subjects.  Results: Thyroid nodule patients in the medical record installation of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital for the period June 2023-June 2024 were the age group ≥40 years was 102 patients (68%). And 128 patients (85.3%) were female and 22 patients (14.7%) were male. The majority of patients lived in the lowlands, namely 140 patients (93.3%). Patients who didn’t have a family history were 113 patients (75,3%). The results of the more dominant malignant histopathological images were 102 patients (68%). Bivariate analysis of the relationship between age and gender with the results of histopathological images obtained a p-value of 0.004 and  0.001. And there was no relationship between place of residence and family history. Conclusion: The results show that there is a significant relationship between age and gender with the results of histopathology images at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital.
