abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kemandirian
Fiskal Daerah (KEMFD), Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK), Belanja
Modal (BM), dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) sebagai variabel
independen/bebas terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PE) sebagai variabel
dependen/terikat 15 Kabupaten Kota di Provinsi Lampung selama 2018-2022
menggunakan aplikasi E-Views 10 data panel. Uji terbaik dalam model regresi ini
menggunakan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan melalui Uji Chow. Secara
parsial kemandirian fiskal daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap
pertumbuhan ekonomi. Upah minimum kabupaten/kota berpengaruh negatif
signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Belanja modal dan indeks
pembangunan manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan
ekonomi. Secara simultan variabel kemandirian fiskal daerah, upah minimum
kabupaten/kota, belanja modal, dan indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi 15 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi
Lampung.

The aim of this research is to examine how regional fiscal independence, the
regency/city minimum wage, capital expenditure, and the human development
index—treated as independent variables—impact economic growth, which is the
dependent variable, in 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province during the period
from 2018 to 2022, using the E-Views 10 panel data application. The best test for
this regression model employs the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) through the Chow
Test. The results indicate that regional fiscal independence positively and
significantly affects economic growth. Conversely, the regency/city minimum
wage has a significant negative impact on economic growth. Additionally, capital
expenditure and the human development index exhibit a significant positive effect
on economic growth. Overall, the simultaneous effects of regional fiscal
independence, the regency/city minimum wage, capital expenditure, and the
human development index significantly impact economic growth in the 15
districts/cities in Lampung Province.
