PARTISIPASI ANGKATAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK
REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG
%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal fisik, modal manusia,
dan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto
(PDRB) di Provinsi Lampung. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah metode analisis data panel untuk 15 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Lampung
pada tahun 2017?2022. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Produk
Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Kemudian variabel bebas yang digunakan
antara lain, modal fisik dengan proksi Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto (PMTB),
modal manusia dengan proksi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), dan Tingkat
Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara modal fisik dan modal manusia terhadap
Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan,
Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Provinsi Lampung.

This research aims to analyze the effect of physical capital, human capital, and labor
force participation rate on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in
Lampung Province. The analytical method used in this research is panel data
analysis method for 15 regencies/cities in Lampung Province from 2017 to 2022. The
dependent variable in this research is the Gross Regional Domestic Product
(GRDP). The independent variables were physical capital proxied by Gross Fixed
Capital Formation (GFCF), human capital proxied by the Human Development
Index (HDI), and the Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR). The results showed
that there was a positive and significant effect between physical capital and human
capital on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Lampung Province.
Meanwhile, the Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) had a insignificant effect on
the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Lampung Province.
