Various lifestyle factors, such as gadget use, physical activity, and stress levels, may impact sleep quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use, physical activity, and stress with sleep quality among adolescents at SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung. Methods: This study employed an analytical-observational approach with a cross-sectional design involving 293 students from SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using bivariate methods to assess the significance of each factor's relationship with sleep quality. Results: The chi-square analysis showed a significant relationship between gadget use (p=0,002) and stress (p=0,006) with sleep quality. However, no significant relationship was found between physical activity and sleep quality (p=0,786). Conclusion: The findings suggest the need for attention to managing gadget use time and stress control to improve adolescents' sleep quality.
