Pemasaran yang dilakukan secara digital\r\nmempermudah pelaku bisnis untuk melakukan promosi dan dapat menjangkau\r\nkonsumen dengan luas. Jangkauan yang luas juga dapat membuat suatu brand atau\r\nbisnis itu sendiri lebih mudah di kenali oleh banyak orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nuntuk mengTest pengaruh variable Social Media Marketing dan Customer\r\nEngagement terhadap Brand Awareness. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara\r\nkuantitatif pada 108 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh masyarakat\r\nLampung yang mengetahui tentang Els Coffee di Instagram dan pernah\r\nmelakukan pembelian produk Els Coffee. Metode yang dilakukan adalah IMB\r\nSPSS tahun 2022. Result statistik setelah pengTestan hipotesis menunjukan\r\nbahwa hipotesis satu, dua, dan tiga terbukti kebenarannya, dan dapat disimpulkan\r\nbahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Brand\r\nAwareness, dan Customer Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand\r\nAwareness.\r\nKata kunci: social media marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness\r\nMarketing through digital is now widely used by business people because the\r\ncurrent digital era makes everyone use more electronic goods. Marketing done\r\ndigitally makes it easier for businesses to do promotions and can reach consumers\r\nwidely. Broad reach can also make a brand or business itself easier to recognize\r\nby many people. This study aims to examine the effect of Social Media Marketing\r\nand Customer Engagement variables on Brand Awareness. This research was\r\nconducted quantitatively on 108 respondents. The research was conducted on all\r\nLampung people who know about Els Coffee on Instagram and have purchased\r\nEls Coffee products. The method used is IMB SPSS in 2022. Statistical results\r\nafter hypothesis testing show that the results indicate that hypotheses one, two,\r\nand three are proven correct, and it can be concluded that Social Media Marketing\r\nhas a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, and Customer\r\nEngagement has a positive effect on Brand Awareness.\r\nKeywords: social media marketing, customer engagement, brand awareness"^^ .
