One activation method that can be used\r\nis by using a chloride salt solution to convert DBE into Reactivated Bleaching\r\nEarth (RBE). This study aimed to examine the effects of salt type, salt solution\r\nconcentration, and the combination of both on the adsorption power of RBE. The\r\nstudy employed a factorial Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD)\r\nconsisting of two factors and three replications. The first factor was chloride salt\r\ntype: NaCl (G1), KCl (G2), and ZnCl₂ (G3). The second factor was chloride salt\r\nconcentration: of 5% (K1), 10% (K2), and 15% (K3). The produced RBE was\r\nanalyzed for yield, moisture content, pH, and bleaching efficiency. The Bleached\r\nPalm Oil (BPO) was then analyzed for moisture content and free fatty acid\r\ncontent. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further\r\ntested using Orthogonal Contrast (OC) and Orthogonal Polynomials (OP) tests.\r\nThe results showed that NaCl was the best salt as a DBE activator, a 15% salt\r\nconcentration was the most effective for DBE activation, and the best activator\r\nwas NaCl salt solution at a concentration of 15%. Selanjutnya, Bleached Palm Oil (BPO) yang dihasilkan dianalisis\r\nuntuk menentukan kadar air dan kadar asam lemak bebasnya. Data dianalisis\r\nmenggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) dan diuji lebih lanjut dengan uji\r\nOrthogonal Contrast (OC) dan Orthogonal Polynomials (OP). Hasil penelitian\r\nmenunjukkan bahwa NaCl merupakan garam terbaik sebagai aktivator DBE,\r\nkonsentrasi garam 15% sangat efektif untuk aktivasi DBE, dan aktivator terbaik\r\nadalah larutan garam NaCl dengan konsentrasi 15%.
