        abstract = {Kerja sama antara tim liputan dan tim produksi memegang peran penting dalam
menghasilkan program berita berkualitas di TVRI Lampung. Permasalahan utama
yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana memastikan sinergi antara kedua tim agar proses
produksi berjalan lancar dan menghasilkan berita yang akurat serta informatif.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam
dengan beberapa narasumber, seperti produser dan juru kamera. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama yang efektif bergantung pada implementasi
Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas, komunikasi intensif, serta
koordinasi yang baik di setiap tahap produksi, mulai dari pra-produksi, produksi,
hingga pasca-produksi. Dengan adanya rapat redaksi rutin dan dukungan sarana
yang memadai, TVRI Lampung mampu mengatasi tantangan di lapangan dan
meningkatkan kualitas berita yang disajikan kepada masyarakat.

Cooperation between the news coverage team and production team plays an
important role in producing quality news programs at TVRI Lampung. The main
problem faced is how to ensure synergy between the two teams so that the
production process runs smoothly and produces accurate and informative news.
This research uses direct observation methods and in-depth interviews with several
sources, such as producers and cameramen. The results showed that effective
cooperation depends on the implementation of clear Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs), intensive communication, and good coordination at every
stage of production, from pre-production, production, to post-production. With
regular editorial meetings and the support of adequate facilities, TVRI Lampung is
able to overcome challenges in the field and improve the quality of news presented
to the public.
