%A Melinda Safitri Di Ajeng %T STRUKTUR KOMUNITAS ECHINODERMATA DI EKOSISTEM LAMUN PULAU TANGKIL, PESAWARAN, LAMPUNG %X Filum echinodermata merupakan salah satu kelompok biota yang hidup pada eko- sistem lamun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari struktur komunitas echi- nodermata di Pulau Tangkil, Pesawaran, Lampung. Pengambilan data penelitian dimulai pada September 2023. Terdapat tiga titik lokasi penelitian dengan masing- masing lokasi memiliki 3 pengulangan. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari pengam- bilan data lamun dan echinodermata, data parameter kualitas perairan, dan peng- ambilan sampel substrat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, lamun jenis Enhalus acoro- ides memiliki nilai INP tertinggi di lokasi daerah wisata dan lokasi dermaga, dan Cymodocea rotundata di lokasi alami. Hasil analisis indeks keane-karagaman (H?) echinodermata di tiap lokasi memiliki nilai yang rendah, penyebaran jenis echino- dermata di tiap lokasi tidak merata dan indeks dominansinya menunjukkan adanya spesies yang mendominasi di tiap lokasi. Hasil analisis PCA menunjukkan kelim- pahan echinodermata berhubungan positif dengan salinitas, DO, dan pH, namun berkorelasi negatif dengan suhu dan kecerahan, sedangkan kelimpahan echinoder- mata berhubungan positif dengan kerapatan lamun. This research was to study the community structure of echinoderm on Tangkil Island, Pesawaran, Lampung. The data collection began in September 2023. There were three research locations with each location having 3 repetitions. The research sta- ge started from seagrass and echinoderm data collection, water quality parameter data, and substrate sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, seagrass species Enhalus acoroides had the highest INP value at tourist areas and dock location, and Cymodocea rotundata at natural locations. The results of the analysis of the diversity index (H') of echinoderms in each location had a low value, the distri- bution of echinoderm species in each location was uneven, and the dominance index showed the presence of dominant species in each location. The results of PCA analysis showed that the abundance of echinoderms was positively related to salinity, DO, and pH, but negatively correlated with temperature and brightness. Meanwhile, the abundance of echinoderms was positively related to seagrass density.
