%X Projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan pembelajaran kokurikuler  berbasis projek yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan penguatan karakter profil  pelajar Pancasila pada peserta didik. SD IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro merupakan  salah satu sekolah dasar penggerak angkatan pertama yang sudah menerapkan  pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum merdeka dan sudah melaksanakan program P5  di setiap fasenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan  implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD IT Wahdatul  Ummah Metro tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data  menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD  IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro meliputi kegiatan 1) Perencanaan projek, dengan  kegiatan pembentukan fasilitator, mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan  pendidikan, menentukan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu, menyusun modul  projek, dan menyusun startegi pelaporan. 2) Pelaksanaan projek, kegiatan  pelaksanaan projek dimulai dengan tahap pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, aksi,  refleksi dan tindak lanjut, serta gebyar karya sebagai puncak kegiatan projek. 3)  Evaluasi projek, kegiatan evaluasi melalui pengamatan selama kegiatan  pembelajaran menggunakan instrumen yang sudah dibuat fasilitator berupa rubrik  untuk mengevaluasi keterlaksanaan program dan pencapaian profil pelajar  Pancasila pada peserta didik.  Kata Kunci: implementasi, projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila  The project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile is project-based co-  curricular learning which aims to strengthen the character of the Pancasila student    profile in students. SD IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro is one of the first generation  of elementary schools that has implemented independent curriculum-based  learning and has implemented the P5 program in every phase. This research aims  to describe and explain the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile  of Pancasila students at SD IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro for the 2023/2024  academic year. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive  method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and  documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the  project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SD IT Wahdatul Ummah  Metro includes activities 1) Project planning, with the activities of forming  facilitators, identifying the level of readiness of educational units, determining  dimensions, themes and time allocation, compiling project modules, and  developing strategies reporting. 2) Project implementation, project  implementation activities begin with the introduction, contextualization, action,  reflection and follow-up stages, as well as a work celebration as the peak of  project activities. 3) Project evaluation, evaluation activities through observations  during learning activities using instruments that have been created by the  facilitator in the form of rubrics to evaluate the implementation of the program  and the achievement of the Pancasila student profile among students.
