Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis  studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan  dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pendidik,  serta peserta didik fase C kelas V dan VI sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SDIT  Wahdatul Ummah Metro memberikan dampak baik bagi keterampilan berbicara  peserta didik fase C. Kelima indikator keterampilan berbicara yang digunakan  dalam penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan sehingga keterampilan berbicara  peserta didik fase C termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Indikator yang mengalami  peningkatan tertinggi adalah indikator struktur kalimat, sedangkan indikator yang  mengalami peningkatan terendah adalah indikator intonasi. Faktor yang  memengaruhi keterampilan berbicara adalah peran pendidik dan faktor dari dalam  diri peserta didik itu sendiri. Pelaksanaan P5 juga menumbuhkan karakter peserta  didik yang sesuai profil pelajar Pancasila. Karakter yang muncul adalah religius,  toleransi, kreatif, mandiri, disiplin, komunikatif, peduli lingkungan, tanggung  jawab, dan gotong-royong. Pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 dipengaruhi oleh faktor  pendukung dan penghambat yang terdiri dari faktor eksternal dan faktor internal.  Kata Kunci: fase c, keterampilan berbicara, p5  The problem in this study is the low speaking skills of phase C students at SDIT  Wahdatul Ummah Metro. This study aims to describe the speaking skills of phase  C learners after the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening  project, the impact of implementation, as well as the supporting and inhibiting  factors for the implementation of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening  project. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a case  study type. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and  documentation. The data sources in this study are principals, educators, and phase  C students in grades V and VI of elementary schools. The results showed that the  implementation of the Pancasila learner profile strengthening project at SDIT  Wahdatul Ummah Metro had a good impact on the speaking skills of phase C  learners. The five indicators of speaking skills used in this study have increased so  that the speaking skills of phase C students are included in the high category. The  indicator that experienced the highest increase was the sentence structure indicator,  while the indicator that experienced the lowest increase was the intonation  indicator. Factors that influence speaking skills are the role of educators and factors  from within the learners themselves. The implementation of P5 also fosters the  character of students who fit the profile of Pancasila students. The characteristics  that emerged were religious, tolerant, creative, independent, disciplined,  communicative, environmental care, responsibility, and cooperation. The  implementation of P5 activities is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors  consisting of external factors and internal factors.  Keywords: phase c, speaking skills, p5
