"Keterbukaan pemerintah bersama semua stakeholder khususnya GGF memberikan\r\npeluang dalam implementasi dan kolaborasi terhadap penurunan stunting melalui\r\nimplementasi kegiatan posyandu di beberapa wilayah desa yang masuk dalam kawasan\r\nperkebunan GGF. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan evaluasi terkait proses komunikasi\r\nprogram pecegahan stunting terhadap sikap positif warga peserta di wilayah desa\r\nperusahaan melalui indikator variabel-variabel komunikasi yang terdiri dari karakteristik\r\nkomunikator, gaya komunikasi, media komunikasi dan isi pesan terhadap efek sikap\r\ndengan menggunakan konsep Teori Stimulus Organism Response (S-O-R). Penelitian ini\r\nmenggunakan metode mix method dengan hasil kuantitatif yang utama kemudian\r\ndidukung dengan data yang bersifat kualitatif dalam pembahasan penelitian. Teknik\r\npenelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner\r\nkepada responden warga peserta program, wawancara terhadap sampel peserta dan\r\ninforman perusahaan yang terlibat. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dari hasil kuesioner\r\nmelalui SPSS dengan model regresi linier berganda dan dijabarkan dalam interpretasi\r\nhasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel\r\nkomunikasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap positif warga peserta dan berpengaruh\r\nsecara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap sikap positif warga peserta pada program\r\n\r\npencegahan stunting di wilayah tersebut. Secara total pengaruh langsung dari variabel-\r\nvariabel komunikasi terhadap sikap warga peserta pada program pencegahan stunting\r\n\r\ndiperoleh hasil sebesar 32,4%. Diharapkan dari hasil proses komunikasi yang berjalan\r\ndengan baik terhadap program posyandu, memberikan dampak sikap positif warga\r\npeserta yang diharapkan mencegah masalah stunting di desa sekitar kawasan perusahaan.\r\nKata Kunci: CSR, Evaluasi Komunikasi, Komunikasi Bisnis, Program Stunting\r\nThe openness of the government and all stakeholders together with GGF provides\r\nopportunities for implementation and collaboration to reduce stunting through the\r\nimplementation of posyandu activities in several village areas within the GGF plantation\r\narea. This research aims to evaluate the stunting prevention communication program\r\nprocess regarding the positive attitudes of participants in the company's village area\r\nthrough indicators of communication variables consisting of communicator\r\ncharacteristics, communication style, communication media and message content on\r\nattitude effects using the concept of Stimulus Organism Response Theory. (S-O-R). This\r\nresearch used mix method with the main quantitative results then supported by qualitative\r\ndata in the research discussion. The research technique used in this research was to use\r\nquestionnaires for program participant respondents, interviews with a sample of\r\nparticipants and company informants involved. The data was then processed from the\r\nquestionnaire results via SPSS with multiple regression model and explained in the\r\ninterpretation of the research results. Based on the data results, it shows that each\r\ncommunication variable has a direct influence on the positive attitudes of participating\r\nresidents and simultaneously (together) influences the positive attitudes of participating\r\nresidents in the stunting prevention program in the area. In total, the direct influence of\r\ncommunication variables on the attitudes of participating residents in the stunting\r\nprevention program was 32.4%.
