Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 54 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik tes dan non tes. Data diuji hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pembelajaran matematika peserta didik. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of the problem based learning model on critical thinking skills in mathematics learning. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The research design used is non- equivalent control group design. The research population consisted of 54 students. The research sampling technique used non probability sampling. The sample in this research consisted of 54 students. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. The data were tested for hypotheses using a simple regression test. The results of this research prove that there is an influence of the problem based learning model on critical thinking skills in mathematics learning of grade III students.
