Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan survei dan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yakni sebanyak 207 siswa. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 136 siswaa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random samplimg. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji analisis regresi parsial (uji t) dan uji analisis regresi simultan (uji F) dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi parsial diperoleh hasil variabel motivasi belajar, minat belajar, disiplin belajar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. berdasarkan hasil uji simultan, secara keseluruhan motivasi belajar, minat belajar, disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung {\ensuremath{>}} Ftabel atau 40,604 {\ensuremath{>}} 2,67 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,480 atau 48,0\% yang artinya seluruh variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 dan 52,0\% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation, learning interest, and learning discipline on the economic learning outcomes of grade XI students of Senior High School 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2023/2024. This study uses a descriptive verification method with a survey and an ex post facto approach. The population in this study was the grade XI students of Senior High School 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2023/2024, totaling 207 students. The number of samples in this study was 136 students with a probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection in this study used questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was carried out through partial regression analysis (t-test) and simultaneous regression analysis (F-test) and processed using the SPSS application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using partial regression analysis, it was found that the variables of learning motivation, learning interest, and learning discipline had a positive and significant influence on students' learning outcomes. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, overall, learning motivation, learning interest, and learning discipline influenced the economic learning outcomes of grade XI students of Senior High School 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2023/2024. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with the F test, the F value was obtained {\ensuremath{>}} F table or 40.604 {\ensuremath{>}} 2.67 and the R square value was 0.480 or 48.0\%, so all independent variables have an influence on the economic learning outcomes of grade XI students of Senior High School 14 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2023/2024 and the remaining 52.0\% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
