abstract: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas
tinggi sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja
pendidik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas tinggi sekolah dasar. Penelitian
ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 242 peserta didik dan sampel penelitian berjumlah
74 peserta didik di SDN 1 Tanjung Senang. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan
rumus regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kinerja pendidik terhadap hasil belajar peserta
didik kelas tinggi di SDN 1 Tanjung Senang.

ABSTRACT

THE EFFECT OF TEACHER PERFORMANCE ON LEARNING
OUTCOMES OF HIGH GRADE IN SDN 1 TANJUNG SENANG

The problem in this study was the low learning outcomes of high grade elementary
school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher
performance on the learning outcomes of the high grade elementary school
students. This research used quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The
population in this study was 242 students and the research sample was 74 students
at SDN 1 Tanjung Senang. The sampling technique in this study used a
proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection technique used
was a questionnaire. Data analysis used a simple linear regression formula. The
result of the study showed that there was an effect of teacher performance on the
learning outcomes of high grade students of SDN 1 Tanjung Senang.
