abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling berpengaruh
Terhadap Rendahnya Minat Masyarakat Dalam Penggunaan Command Center
Berbasis Website di Desa Sribhawono Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Untuk
mengukur faktor-faktor tersebut menggunakan pengujian dengan teori UMEGA
yang menyebutkan bahwa terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan
teknologi terhadap seseorang yaitu ekspektasi kinerja (performance expectancy),
Ekspektansi Usaha (effort expectancy), Pengaruh Sosial (social influence),
Kondisi-Kondsi Fasilitas (Facilitating conditions) dan Resiko yang dirasakan
(Behavioral In tention). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah respondnen penelitian sebanyak 60 orang.
Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya
terhadap rendahnya minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan command
center berbasis website adalah faktor kemudahan dalam mengakses dan kondisi
lingkungan sekitar dengan nilai eigenvalue sebesar 8.773 dan kumulatif data
sebesar 46.175%.
Kata kunci: Analisis faktor, Command Center, UMEGA.
This research aims to find out what factors have the most influence on the low
level of public interest in using a website-based command center in Sribhawono
Village, East Lampung Regency. To measure these factors, we use testing with the
UMEGA theory which states that there are factors that influence a person's
acceptance of technology, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy,
social influence, and facilitating conditions. conditions) and perceived risk
(Behavioral Intention). The method used in this research is a quantitative
approach. The number of research respondents was 60 people. The results of this
research state that the factors that have the greatest influence on the low level of
public interest in using website-based command center services are the ease of
access and the condition of the surrounding environment with an eigenvalue of
8,773 and cumulative data of 46,175%.
