N2  - Fasilitas kesehatan memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi
kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu jumlah dan sebaran fasilitas
kesehatan yang ada harus seimbang. Lokasi persebaran dan jumlah pelayanan
kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor tertentu, baik geografis maupun non
geografis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pola sebaran fasilitas
kesehatan berupa fasilitas kesehatan tingat satu yang ada di Kota Metro dengan
menggunakan Analisis Tetangga Terdekat (Nearest Neigbour Analysis). Tahun 2022
rasio puskesmas terhadap setiap 20.000 penduduk rata-rata dilayani oleh 1 sampai 2
unit puskesmas (dengan standar 1 puskesmas : 20.000 penduduk). Rasio puskesmas
terhadap penduduk sudah memenuhi konsep wilayah kerja puskesmas, yaitu rata-rata
1 unit puskesmas melayani 20.000 penduduk dan kondisinya di Kota Metro setiap
20.000 penduduk di layanani 1 ? 2 Puskesmas.

Health facilities play a very important role in meeting people's health needs. Therefore,
the number and distribution of existing health facilities must be balanced. The
distribution location and number of health services are influenced by certain factors,
both geographical and non-geographical. This research aims to determine the
distribution pattern of health facilities in the form of first level health facilities in Metro
City using Nearest Neighbor Analysis. In 2022, the ratio of community health centers
to every 20,000 residents will on average be served by 1 to 2 community health centers
(with a standard of 1 community health center: 20,000 residents). The ratio of
community health centers to population meets the concept of a community health
center working area, namely that on average 1 community health center unit serves
20,000 residents and the condition in Metro City is that every 20,000 residents are
served by 1 ? 2 community health centers.
