description: Background: Menstruation is a physiological process in girls, with a normal cycle  of at least 21 days and a maximum of 35 days. There are several factors that can  influence the menstrual cycle, such as Body Mass Index (BMI) and body fat  percentage.  Methods: This research uses an approach cross sectional, with sampling  techniquescluster random sampling. Respondents totaled 235 respondents obtained  using a formulaSlovin. In this study there were 3 variables, namely BMI, body fat  percentage, and menstrual cycle. The BMI variable is obtained using the BMI  formula, the body fat percentage variable is measured usingAnalysis of  Bioelectrical Impedance(BIA), and menstrual cycle variables were obtained by  interviewing respondents. The collected data was analyzed univariately and  bivariately Chi-Square.  Result: Based on univariate results, it was found that abnormal BMI was 85.1%,  while normal BMI was 14.9%. In terms of body fat percentage, it was found that  76.6% was abnormal and 23.4% normal. In the menstrual cycle, 26.4% of  respondents had abnormal cycles, and 73.6% had normal cycles. Based on bivariate  analysis between BMI and menstrual cycle, it showsp-value = <0.001, and whereas  the percentage of body fat with the menstrual cycle showsp-value = 482.  Conclusion: There is a relationship between BMI and the menstrual cycle in girls  adolescents at SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. There is no relationship between body  fat percentage and menstrual cycle in girls adolescents at SMAN 10 Bandar  Lampung.  Keywords: BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Menstrual Cycle  Latar Belakang: Menstruasi merupakan proses fisiologis pada remaja putri,  dengan siklus normal minimal 21 hari dan maksimal 35 hari. Terdapat beberapa  faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi siklus menstruasi seperti Indeks Massa  Tubuh (IMT) dan persentase lemak tubuh.  Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan teknik  pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Responden berjumlah 235 orang  responden yang didapatkan dengan rumus Slovin. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 2  variable dependen yaitu IMT dan persentase lemak tubuh, serta 1 variabel  independent yaitu siklus menstruasi. Data variabel IMT didapatkan dengan  perhitungan rumus IMT, variabel persentase lemak tubuh diukur dengan  Bioelectrical Impedance Analyze (BIA), dan variable siklus menstruasi diperoleh  dengan teknik wawancara responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara  univariat dan bivariat Chi-Square.  Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil univariat didapatkan gambaran IMT tidak normal sebesar  85,1% dan IMT normal sebesar 14,9%. Pada persentase lemak tubuh, didapatkan  76,6% tidak normal dan 23,4% normal. Pada siklus menstruasi diperoleh responden  dengan siklus tidak normal sebesar 26,4%, dan normal sebesar 73,6%. Berdasarkan  analisis bivariat antara IMT dengan siklus menstruasi menunjukkan p-value =  <0,001, dan sedangkan pada persentase lemak tubuh dengan siklus menstruasi  menunjukkan p-value = 0,482.  Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara IMT dengan siklus menstruasi pada  remaja putri di SMAN 10 Bandar Lampung. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara  persentase lemak tubuh dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMAN 10  Bandar Lampung.  Kata Kunci: IMT, Persentase Lemak Tubuh, Siklus Menstruasi
