%X This study aims to examine the effects of firm size and industry type on  Environmental Social Governance Disclosure. This research uses a sample of  companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. There were 90 companies in  this study with a period 0f 2 years observation. Using a random sampling method,  the research sample consisted of 180 financial statements. Hypothesis in this  study, it was tested multiple regression. The results of Adjusted R2 7,8% obtained  value variation of Environmental Social Governance Disclosure can be explained  independently this research indicates variables there are company size and  industry type to Environmental Social Governance Disclosure 92,2% can be  explained by other variables outside model. The research has the results that firm  size and industry type have an effect on Environmental Social Governance.    Keywords: Firm Size, Industry Type, Environmental Social Governance  Disclosure  Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh ukuran  perusahaan dan tipe industri terhadap Environmental Social Governance  Disclosure. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar di  Bursa Efek Indonesia. Terdapat 90 perusahaan dalam penelitian ini dengan  periode pengamatan 2 tahun. Dengan menggunakan metode random sampling,  sampel penelitian berjumlah 180 laporan keuangan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini  diuji regresi berganda. Hasil Adjusted R2 sebesar 7,8% terdapat sisanya sebesar  92,2% dapat dipengaruhi dari variabel lainnya selain variabel yang digunakan  pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan  dan jenis industri berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Environmental Social  Governance.
