Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap  pengembangan usaha. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  kuantitatif. Populasi dan Sample yang ada pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh  UMKM Binaan Siger Innovation Hub dengan terbatasnya populasi yang ada maka  seluruh populasi di jadikan objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu 90  responden. Uji instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, metode  analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian  dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.0 menunjukkan bahwa  variabel yang diteliti yaitu kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kreativitas berpengaruh  terhadap variabel pengembangan usaha. Selain itu peneliti menemukan cara  pandang pelaku bisnis terhadap usahanya, para pelaku bisnis harus menerapkan  kompetensi hubungan dan kreativitas kelompok untuk mengembangkan  keterampilan dan pengetahuan.  Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas,Pengembangan Usaha    ABSTRACT    THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCE AND  CREATIVITY ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN SIGER INNOVATION    HUB GUARANTEED MSMEs    By :    ROSI TAMARA    Siger Innovation Hub is the first cooperative-based business incubator  institution in Indonesia, which aims to assist the incubation process for MSME  players and functions as a forum for business development by prioritizing the  concept of collaboration. The problem of this research is whether entrepreneurial  competence and creativity influence business development in MSMEs assisted by  the Siger Innovation Hub. This research aims to determine the influence of  entrepreneurial competence and creativity on business development. The  approach in this research uses quantitative methods. The population and sample  in this research are all MSMEs assisted by the Siger Innovation Hub. With the  limited population available, the entire population was used as the research  object in this research, namely 90 respondents. Instrument testing was carried out  using validity and reliability tests, the analysis method used was multiple linear  regression analysis. The results of the research which were analyzed using the  SPSS version 25.0 program showed that the variables studied, namely  entrepreneurial competence and creativity, had an influence on business  development variables. Apart from researchers finding ways to view business  people regarding their business, business people must apply relationship  competencies and group creativity to develop skills and knowledge.
