abstract: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik
kelas II SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan budaya literasi membaca
terhadap minat belajar, keterampilan menulis terhadap minat belajar, penerapan
budaya literasi membaca dan keterampilan menulis bersama-sama dengan minat
belajar. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 69 peserta didik dan
seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yaitu angket penerapan budaya literasi membaca,
angket keterampilan menulis, dan angket minat belajar. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji regresi linear berganda dengan
rumus uji f diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel atau 4,62 > 3,13, jadi dapat disimpulkan
bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penerapan budaya
literasi membaca dan keterampilan menulis terhadap minat belajar peserta didik
kelas II SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat.
Kata Kunci: budaya literasi membaca, keterampilan menulis, minat belajar
The problem in this research is the low interest in learning of class II students at
SD Negeri 5 Metro Pusat. This research aims to determine the positive and
significant influence of implementing a reading literacy culture on the learning
interest, writing skills on the learning interest, the application of reading literacy
culture and writing skills together with the learning interest. The type of research
is quantitative. The population was 69 students and the entire population was used
as the research sample. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, namely a
questionnaire on the application of reading literacy culture, a writing skills
questionnaire, and a learning interest questionnaire. The data analysis technique
uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the
results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the f test formula,
the results obtained are Fcount > Ftable or 4.62 > 3.13, so it can be concluded that
there is a significant influence of the application of reading literacy culture and
writing skills on the learning interest of class II students at SD Negeri 5 Metro
Pusat.
