This is a quantitative research. The method of this research is pre- experimental method with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this research were students of class XI-3 SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung which amounted to 33 students. This study used certain ways to test the data obtained such as normality test, homogeneity test, N-Gain test and also hypothesis testing. Furthermore, the final result of this study showed that there was an increase in students' French speaking skills after being given treatment using snakes and ladders learning media. The data obtained in this study showed that the average pre-test score of students was 52.73 and the average post-test score was 74.79. Furthermore, the advantage of this media is that it makes the subject matter more fun and easy to understand because it is assisted by the images in the snakes and ladders media. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that this media requires more time because you have to wait for your turn to play. C?est une recherche d?exp{\'e}riment avec l?approche quantitative. La m{\'e}thode utilis{\'e}e est pr{\'e}-exp{\'e}rimentale avec le conception d'un pr{\'e}test post-test {\`a} un groupe. D?ailleurs, l?{\'e}chantillon de cette recherche comprend 33 {\'e}l{\`e}ves de classe XI-3 SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung. {\'E}galement, cette recherche utilise une certaine mani{\`e}re pour tester les donn{\'e}es obtenues telle que le test d'homog{\'e}n{\'e}it{\'e}, le test de normalit{\'e}, le test N-Gain et le test d'hypoth{\`e}se. De plus, les r{\'e}sultats finu de cette recherche a r{\'e}v{\'e}l{\'e} qu?il y a une am{\'e}lioration des comp{\'e}tences de production orale chez les {\'e}l{\`e}ves apr{\`e}s le traitement utilis{\'e}e m{\'e}dia d?apprentissage jeu de l?oie. Les donn{\'e}es obtenues dans cette recherche ont montr{\'e} que la note moyenne des {\'e}l{\`e}ves au pr{\'e}-test est de 52,73 et au post-test est de 74,79. En outre, l?avantage de ce m{\'e}dia est de rend le sujet plus amusant et facile {\`a} comprendre car il est support{\'e} par les images sur les serpents et les {\'e}chelles. En revanche, l?inconv{\'e}nient de ce m{\'e}dia est d?avoir besoin de plus de temps car il faut attendre son tour pour jouer.
