%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan token ekonomi  terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian quasi  eksperimental design. Desain penelitian ini adalah non equivalent control group  design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 69 anak yang memiliki usia 5-6 tahun.  Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi  kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat  perbedaan nilai rerata sebelum diberi perlakuan dan setelah diberi perlakuan pada  kelas eksperimen, nilai sebelum diberi perlakuan sebesar 43,00 dan nilai setelah  diberi perlakuan sebesar 59,83 dengan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test.  Kemudian, hasil pengujian menggunakan uji independent t test mendapatkan nilai  Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 yang memiliki arti bahwa adanya perbedaan  rerata kepercayaan diri anak pada kelas eksperimen dan pada kelas kontrol.  Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan  token ekonomi terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun.  Kata Kunci : anak usia 5-6 tahun, kepercayaan diri, penerapan token ekonomi    ABSTRACT    THE INFLUENCE OF THE APPLICATION OF THE TOKEN ECONOMY  ON THE SELF-CONFIDENCE OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS    By    MUKHLISATUN HUSNIYAH    This study aims to determine the effect of the application of token economy on the  self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this study is  quantitative research with a form of quasi-experimental design research. The design  of this study is a non equivalent control group design. The sample of this study  amounted to 69 children aged 5-6 years. The instrument used in this study was a  self-confidence observation sheet of children aged 5-6 years. The results showed  that there was a difference in the average value before being treated and after being  treated in the experimental class, the value before being treated was 43.00 and the  value after being treated was 59.83 using the paired sample t-test. Then, the test  results using the independent t test get a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.05 which  means that there is a difference in the average confidence of children in the  experimental class and in the control class. Based on these results, it can be  concluded that there is an influence of the application of token economics on the  confidence of children aged 5-6 years.
