Subjek penelitian ini adalah 339 peserta didik kelas IX dan 4 guru BK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, instrumen skala eksplorasi karir dan angket supervisi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Potensi dan kondisi yang menjadi pokok utama dikembangkan modul manajemen yaitu peserta didik, SDM, dan sarana prasarana di Madrasah (2) Proses penelitian sesuai dengan prosedur penelitian yang telah dirancang. Hasil validasi ahli ahli materi, media, design layanan serta bahasa mendapat prosentase 87\% dengan kriteria sangat layak. (3) berdasarkan hasil treatment pada kelas eksperimen penggunaan manajemen layanan bimbingan konseling menunjukan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 sehingga efektif dalam meningkatkan eksplorasi karir. Rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 16 \%. (4) Mengoptimalkan Manajemen bimbingan konseling melalui tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan layanan bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi karir peserta didik.. This development research uses the ADDIE model which aims to: 1) analyze the potential and condition of counseling guidance services in Islamic schools, 2) design the process of developing counseling guidance management modules for career exploration, 3) test the effectiveness of counseling guidance services using products for career exploration, and 4) optimize the implementation of counseling guidance services management for teacher performance. The subjects of this study were 339 class IX students and 4 guidance and counseling teachers. Data were collected using interviews, observations, career exploration scale instruments and supervision questionnaires. As for data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The research results show (1) The potential and conditions that are the main points for developing management modules, namely students, human resources and infrastructure in Islamic schools (2) The research process is in accordance with the research procedures that have been designed. The validation results from material, media, service design and language experts received a percentage of 87\% with very feasible criteria. (3) based on the results of treatment in the experimental class, the usage of counseling services management shows a sig (2- tailed) value of 0.000, making it effective in increasing career exploration. The average increase is 16\%.
