It was conducted at SMAS Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung, with 61 twelfth-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through Big Five Inventory (BFI) and reading comprehension test. The research applied an ex post facto design study, and the results were analysed using Mann Whitney U Test. The findings revealed that there was no significant difference between extroverted students and introverted students in English reading comprehension. The p value of 0.556, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05, indicating that the students? personality traits do not directly affect their reading comprehension. However, introverted students scored slightly better than extroverted students.
