abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin
kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan swasta di kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Teknik

pengambilan sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik non-
probability sampling dengan Insidental sampling. Pengumpulan data

menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 100 responden karyawan swasta di
Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan menggunakan skala semantik differensial.
Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan
bantuan aplikasi SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, disiplin
kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lebih lanjut,
variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara
simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work
discipline on the performance of private employees in Bandar Lampung using a
quantitative approach with explanatory research design. The sampling technique
employed in this study is non-probability sampling with incidental sampling. Data
collection is conducted using questionnaires distributed to 100 private employee
respondents in Bandar Lampung, utilizing the semantic differential scale. The
analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the
assistance of SPSS 18 software. The research findings indicate that the work
environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
Furthermore, work discipline also has a positive and significant impact on
employee performance. Moreover, the variables of the work environment and
work discipline significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.
