Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan  deskriptif-verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini  adalah siswa kelas XII AKL SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran  2023/2024. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa dengan teknik  pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh.  Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket/kuesioner,  dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan linier  berganda yang diolah menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian  ini membuktikan bahwa variabel pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan,  keterampilan diri, dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga memiliki pengaruh baik secara  parsial maupun simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII AKL SMK  Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis  dengan uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh  terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII AKL SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.    Kata Kunci: Kesiapan Kerja, Keterampilan Diri, Kondisi Ekonomi    Keluarga, Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Lapangan  This research aims to examine the influence of practical field work experience,  personal skills, and family economic conditions on students' work readiness. The  method used in this research is descriptive-verification with a quantitative  approach. The population in this study were class XII AKL students at SMK  Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The number of  samples in this study was 100 students using probability sampling techniques  using saturated samples. Data collection in this research used observation,  questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used simple linear and multiple  linear regression which was processed using the SPSS application program. The  results of this research prove that the variables of practical field work experience,  personal skills, and family economic conditions have an influence both partially  and simultaneously on the work readiness of class XII AKL students at SMK  Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on hypothesis  testing with the F test which means that all independent variables have an  influence on the work readiness of class XII AKL students at SMK Negeri 8  Bandar Lampung.
