abstract: This research aims to analyze farmers income, household income and household
welfare of vegetable farmers in Jatimulyo Village, Jati Agung District, South
Lampung Regency. The research method used is the survey method. Respondents
were determined using a purposive sampling method with a total of 54 vegetable
farmers. Research data was obtained from December 2023 to January 2024.
Farming income was calculated using the calculation between total revenue and
total costs or Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), while household income was analyzed by
adding up family income from farming and outside farming. and household welfare
were analyzed using Sajogyo Theory (1997) and Central Statistics Agency (2014).
The results of this research show that the income from vegetable farming in planting
pattern I over total costs is Rp20.905.283,12 with an R/C ratio value of 3,40 and in
planting pattern II it is Rp31.059.937,35 with an R/C ratio value of 3,92. The total
household income of vegetable farmers in planting pattern I is
Rp37.927.505,35/year and in planting pattern II is Rp53.219.937,35/year. The
welfare of vegetable farming households based on the Sajogyo Theory (1997) is
included in the sufficient category at 81.48 and 59.26 percent and based on the
criteria of the Central Statistics Agency (2014) all vegetable farmers are classified
as prosperous households and based on the criteria of the Central Statistics Agency
(2014) all vegetable farming households in Jatimulyo Village, Jati Agung District,
South Lampung Regency are classified as prosperous households.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani, pendapatan
rumah tangga, dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani sayuran di Desa Jatimulyo
Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode survei. Responden ditetapkan menggunakan metode
purposive sampling dengan total 54 petani sayuran. Data penelitian diperoleh dari
bulan Desember 2023 sampai Januari 2024. Pendapatan usahatani dihitung
menggunakan perhitungan antara penerimaan total dan biaya total atau Revenue
Cost Ratio (R/C), sedangkan pendapatan rumah tangga dianalisis dengan cara
menjumlahkan pendapatan keluarga yang berasal dari usahatani dan luar usahatani,
dan kesejahteraan rumah tangga dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teori Sajogyo
(1997) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (2014). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
pendapatan usahatani sayuran pada pola tanam I atas biaya total adalah sebesar
Rp20.905.283,12 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 3,40 dan pada pola tanam II
sebesar Rp31.059.937,35 dengan nilai R/C ratio yaitu 3,92. Total pendapatan rumah
tangga petani sayuran pada pola tanam I sebesar Rp37.927.505,35/tahun dan pada
pola tanam II sebesar Rp53.219.937,35 /tahun. Kesejahteraan rumah tangga petani
sayuran berdasarkan Teori Sajogyo (1997) termasuk dalam kategori cukup
sejahtera sebesar 81,48 dan 59,26 persen dan berdasarkan kriteria Badan Pusat
Statistik (2014) seluruh petani sayuran tergolong ke dalam rumah tangga sejahtera
dan berdasarkan kriteria Badan Pusat Statistik (2014) seluruh rumah tangga petani
sayuran di Desa Jatimulyo Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan
tergolong ke dalam rumah tangga yang sejahtera.
