abstract: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik
kelas V Sekolah Dasar menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah
untuk menganalisis pengaruh model Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar
tematik muatan IPS pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode dalam
penelitian ini adalah Pre-Exsperimental Design dengan jenis One Group Pre test
Post test Design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang peserta didik dengan
sampel sebanyak 25 orang peserta didik yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive
sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non
tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini
membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model
pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar tematik muatan IPS
pada peserta didik kelas V di SD Negeri 2 Metro Selatan.
KatThe problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary
school students, which is the main focus of this study. The purpose of the study was
to analyze the effect of the Project Based Learning model on thematic learning
outcomes of social studies content in grade V elementary school students. The
method in this research is Pre-Experimental Design with the type of One Group Pre
test Post test Design. The population of this study amounted to 50 students with a
sample of 25 students determined using purposive sampling. Data collection
techniques in this study using tests and non-tests. Data analysis techniques using
simple linear regression. The results of this study prove that there is a significant
effect of the application of the Project Based Learning learning model on thematic
learning outcomes of social studies content in grade V students at SD Negeri 2
Metro Selatan.
