%X Background: Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE) II is one of  the assessment methods commonly used to measure the severity of disease in patients.  The aim of this study to determine the analysis of the relationship between the APACHE  II Score and the increase in albumin levels when using albumin infusion patient in the  Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Lampung Province.  Method: The study used a descriptive-analytic design with a cohort-prospective approach  and obtained a sample of 32 patients who received albumin infusion treatment.  Assessment of patient severity was carried out using the APACHE II Score and statistical  tests were carried out using the Spearman rho test to determine the correlation.  Result: The results of APACHE II Score calculations showed that 3 patients were mild,  23 patients were moderate and 6 patients were severe. The results of the analysis showed  that there was no relationship between the APACHE II Score and the increase in albumin  levels with a p-value of 0.540  Conclusion: Based on research, there is no relationship between the APACHE II Score  and an increase in albumin levels in patients in the ICU at Dr. RSUD. H. Abdul Moeloek  Lampung Province Period February 2024 to May 2024  Keywords : APACHE II Score, Albumin Levels, Albumin Infusion, ICU    Latar Belakang: Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE) II  merupakan salah satu metode penilaian yang umum digunakan utuk mengukur tingkat  keparahan penyakit pada pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis  hubungan APACHE II Score dengan kenaikan tingkat kadar albumin dalam penggunaan  infus albumin pasien di ruang ICU RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung.    Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif-analitik dengan pendekatan cohort-  prospektif dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 32 pasien yang menerima perwatan infus    albumin. Penilaian tingkat keparahan pasien dilakukan dengan menggunakan APACHE II  Score dan dilakukan uji statistik menggunakan uji speaman rho untuk mengetahui  korelasi.  Hasil: Hasil dari perhitungan APACHE II Score didapatkan mild 3 pasien, moderate 23  pasien dan severe 6 pasien. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan  APACHE II Score dengan kenaikan tingkat kadar albumin dengan p-value 0.540  Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian tidak terdapat hubungan APACHE II Score dengan  kenaikan tingkat kadar albumin pada pasien di ruang ICU RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek  Provinsi Lampung Periode Februari 2024 hingga May 2024  Kata Kunci : APACHE II Score, Kadar Albumin, Infus Albumin, ICU
