Kata kunci : Korelasi, International Roughness Index (IRI), Pavement Condition Index (PCI) A road that is frequently passed by a lot of vehicles will suffer a decline in quality if not regularly maintained. To assess road conditions, use the International Roughness Index (IRI) and Pavement Condition Index methods. (PCI). The study identifies the relationship between IRI and PCI as well as analyzes the level of road damage. Based on research on the border of Bandar Lampung City to the Kurungannyawa Road, the average PCI score is 79.96 (good condition) and the IRI is 4.64 (moderate roughness). The IRI is superior in assessing driving comfort by measuring stiffness accurately using a profilometer, while the PCI uses visual surveys focused on structural damage. There is a significant negative correlation between PCI and IRI (R = -0,449), indicating that the higher the PCI, the smaller the IRI. The determination coefficient (R2) of 0.216 indicates that 21% of PCI variations are influenced by IRI, with the regression equation PCI = 109,373 – 7,664(IRI) + 0,055(IRI)3.
