MORGAN FARM KABUPATEN PESAWARAN, LAMPUNG) %X Kambing perah Peranakan Etawa (PE) merupakan kambing persilangan antara kambing Etawa dan kambing Kacang yang merupakan jenis ternak dwiguna, yaitu dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai ternak penghasil susu dan daging. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan mengetahui proporsi pakan terbaik dari imbangan pucuk pohon singkong dan konsentrat terhadap produksi, berat jenis, dan kadar lemak pada susu kambing PE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November--Desember 2023 bertempat di Morgan Farm, Desa Sukabanjar, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Analisis dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan menggunakan 9 ekor kambing. Perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu P1 (25% pucuk singkong + 75% konsentrat); P2 (50% pucuk singkong + 50% konsentrat); dan P3 (75% pucuk singkong + 25% konsentrat). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam (Anara) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan imbangan hijauan dan konsentrat tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap produksi susu dan berat jenis susu kambing PE. Namun, berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar lemak susu kambing PE (P<0,05). Imbangan antara hijauan dan konsentrat tidak meningkatkan produksi susu dan berat jenis susu kambing perah PE, tetapi mempengaruhi kadar lemak susu kambing perah PE. This research aims to determine the effect and determine the proportion of the best feed from the balance of cassava tree shoots and concentrates on production, density and fat content in PE goat milk. This research was conducted in November--December 2023 at Morgan Farm, Sukabanjar village, Pesawaran district, Lampung. The analysis was carried out in the Production laboratory, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung.This study used a randomized block design with 3 treatments and 3 replications using 9 Peranakan Etawa goats. The treatments used is P1 (25% cassava shoots + 75% concentrate); P2 (50% cassava shoots + 50% concentrate) and P3 (75% cassava shoots + 25% concentrate). The data obtained were analyzed for variance at a real level of 5%. the results of the analysis of variance show the balance of forage and concentrate had no significant effect (P>0.05) on milk production and specific gravity of PE dairy goat milk. However, it has a significant effect on the fat content of PE milk (P<0.05). The balance between forage and concentrate does not increase milk production and specific gravity of PE dairy goat milk, but affects the milk fat content of PE dairy goats.
