In this study, Conventional BUMN banks located in Bandar Lampung were used as research objects. This study uses primary data by relying on a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The results obtained, risk assessment and control activities have a negative effect and control environment variables, information and communication, monitoring, and employee performance have a positive effect on the effectiveness of lending. The limitations in this study are the lack of samples that can be studied and this study uses a questionnaire so that the answers given do not match the actual situation.
