Data Key Performance\r\nIndicator (KPI) PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Lampung tahun 2021-2023\r\nmenunjukkan adanya penurunan kinerja pegawai Bank Lampung. Faktanya,\r\nkategori kinerja pegawai yang tidak memuaskan pada tiga tahun terakhir\r\nmengalami peningkatan. Pegawai yang kurang perform ini diduga mengalami\r\nkejenuhan atau kebosanan dengan rutinitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam jangka\r\npanjang, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi\r\npekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasional dan work-life\r\nbalance sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Lampung. Metode penelitian ini\r\nadalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan\r\nconvenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 282 pegawai Bank\r\nLampung, baik di Kantor Pusat maupun kantor cabang yang ada di Provinsi\r\nLampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuesioner dan teknik\r\nanalisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software\r\nAMOS.\r\nHasil penelitian mendukung keseluruhan hipotesis yaitu rotasi pekerjaan\r\nberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Lampung,\r\nkomitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh rotasi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja\r\npegawai Bank Lampung, dan work-life balance memediasi pengaruh rotasi\r\npekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Lampung. Saran yang diberikan pada\r\nvariabel rotasi pekerjaan yaitu membuat perencanaan jadwal program rotasi secara\r\nberkala dan menggali informasi mengenai minat dan aspirasi pegawai yang akan\r\ndirotasi di luar homebase, pada variabel komitmen organisasional yaitu\r\nmemberikan dukungan dan apresiasi kepada pegawai, menciptakan komunikasi\r\n\r\nyang jujur dan terbuka, serta membangun kerjasama secara tim, pada variabel work-\r\nlife balance yaitu mengoptimalkan waktu kerja pegawai, merumuskan strategi yang\r\n\r\ntepat dan atasan dapat lebih proaktif.\r\nKata Kunci: Rotasi Pekerjaan, Kinerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Work-Life\r\nBalance\r\n\r\n\r\nQuality and high-performance human resources are an important issue in\r\ncompanies, especially in responding to the challenges of the business world and\r\nsupporting the achievement of company goals. Therefore, companies need to pay\r\nattention to talent-based human resource management to improve and develop the\r\nperformance of their employees. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from PT\r\nBank Pembangunan Daerah Lampung for 2021-2023 shows a decline in the\r\nperformance of Bank Lampung employees. In fact, the category of unsatisfactory\r\nemployee performance in the last three years has increased. These\r\nunderperforming employees are suspected of experiencing saturation or boredom\r\nwith the routine work carried out in the long term, so this study aims to determine\r\nthe effect of job rotation on employee performance with organizational commitment\r\nand work-life balance as mediating variables at Bank Lampung. This research\r\nmethod is descriptive verification research. The sampling technique used\r\nconvenience sampling with a sample size of 282 Bank Lampung employees both at\r\nthe Head Office and branch offices in Lampung Province. The data used are\r\nprimary data in the form of questionnaires and data analysis technique using\r\nStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software.\r\nThe results of the study support the overall hypothesis: job rotation has a positive\r\nand significant effect on the performance of Bank Lampung employees,\r\norganizational commitment mediates the effect of job rotation on the performance\r\nof Bank Lampung employees, and mediates work-life balance the effect of job\r\nrotation on the performance of Bank Lampung employees. Recommendations for\r\nthe job rotation variable are to make a regular rotation program schedule plan and\r\nexplore information about the interests and aspirations of employees who will be\r\nrotated outside the home base. For the organizational commitment variable, it is\r\nsuggested that leader should give support and appreciation to employees, creating\r\nhonest and open communication, and building teamwork.
