Additionally, it seeks to analyze which attributes need to be improved and should be maintained in terms of performance. This research uses a survey method by interviewing 35 family visitor respondents and 35 non-family visitor respondents on 16 attributes. The sample selection was conducted by probability sampling. Data analysis is conducted by the Mann-Whitney test and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the Mann-Whitney test indicated that there were six differences between family visitors and non-family visitors in assessing the importance attributes. Meanwhile, the five attributes with the highest importance rankings in the assessment based on family visitors were comfort while traveling, scenery, air quality, safety while traveling, and foodcourts. In contrast, the assessment of non-family visitors highlights the five attributes with the highest importance rankings as air quality, scenery, comfort while traveling, tranquility while traveling, and price. Furthermore, the combined results of the IPA analysis on family visitors and non-family visitors concluded that there were five attributes that need to be improved and nine attributes that need to maintain their performance. Keywords: Attributes, Family and Non-family, Importance and Performance, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). i ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengunjung keluarga dan pengunjung non-keluarga dalam menilai kepentingan atribut wisata daerah perbukitan dan merangking atribut kepentingan objek wisata daerah perbukitan, serta menganalisisnya untuk mengidentifikasi atribut-atribut apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan mewawancarai 35 sampel responden pengunjung keluarga dan 35 sampel responden pengunjung non-keluarga pada 16 atribut. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann- Whitney dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam perbedaan antara pengunjung keluarga dan pengunjung non-keluarga dalam menilai atribut kepentingan. Sementara, lima atribut yang mempunyai rangking kepentingan tertinggi pada penilaian berdasarkan pengunjung keluarga yaitu kenyamanan berwisata, pemandangan, kualitas udara, keamanan berwisata, dan foodcourt, sedangkan penilaian pengunjung non-keluarga dalam lima atribut yang mempunyai rangking kepentingan tertinggi yaitu kualitas udara, pemandangan, kenyamanan berwisata, ketenangan berwisata, dan harga. Selanjutnya, hasil gabungan analisis IPA pada pengunjung keluarga dan IPA pada pengunjung non-keluarga menyimpulkan bahwa ada lima atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan dan sembilan atribut yang perlu dipertahankan kinerjanya.
