N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengeluaran pemerintah pada
sektor kesehatan dan pendidikan,rasio ketergantungan,pengeluaran makanan
perkapita, dan kemiskinan terhadap IPM di kabupaten Provinsi Lampung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat
Statistik dan Kementerian Keuangan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis
regresi berganda data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-views 10. Hasil
analisis regresi data panel dengan model terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM)
menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu Pengeluaran pemerintah sektor
kesehatan dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IPM.
Sedangkan Rasio ketergantungan, pengeluaran makanan perkapita, dan
kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IPM di kabupaten
Provinsi Lampung. Secara bersama-sama Pengeluaran pemerintah sektor
kesehatan dan Pendidikan, Rasio ketergantungan, Pengeluaran makanan perkapita
dan kemiskinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di
Kabupaten Provinsi Lampung.

This research aims to determine the influence of government spending on the
health and education sectors, dependency ratio. per capita food expenditure,and
poverty against HDI in the districts of Lampung Province. This research uses
secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of
Finance. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis of panel data
using the E-views 10 application. The results of panel data regression analysis
with the selected model, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), show that the
independent variables, namely government spending in the health and education
sectors, have a positive and significant effect on HDI. Meanwhile, dependency
ratio, per capita food expenditure, and poverty have a negative and significant
effect on HDI in the districts of Lampung Province. Together, government
expenditure in the health and education sectors, dependency ratio, per capita food
expenditure and poverty have a significant effect on the human development index
in the districts of Lampung Province.
