"ABSTRAK\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPenilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan proses penting dalam manajemen sumber\r\ndaya manusia untuk mengukur kontribusi dan pencapaian individu terhadap tujuan\r\nperusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem penilaian kinerja\r\nyang diterapkan di PT. Federal International Finance Cabang Lampung. Metode\r\npenelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif,\r\npengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan\r\ndokumentasi dengan manajemen dan karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan\r\nmenggunakan analisis interaktif menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian kinerja saat\r\nini memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam hal objektivitas dan kejelasan kriteria\r\npenilaian kinerja karyawan. Rekomendasi disusun untuk memperbaiki transparansi\r\ndan akuntabilitas dalam proses penilaian kinerja, dengan harapan dapat\r\nmeningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan ini.\r\nKata kunci: Penilaian Kinerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia\r\nABSTRACT\r\n\r\nEmployee performance appraisal is an important process in human resource\r\nmanagement to measure individual contributions and achievements towards\r\ncompany goals. This research aims to analyze the performance appraisal system\r\nimplemented at PT. Federal International Finance Lampung Branch. The research\r\nmethod used is a case study with a qualitative approach, data collection using indepth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation with management\r\nand employees. The result of research using interactive analysis show that the\r\ncurrent performance appraisal system has advantages and disadvantages in terms\r\nof objectivity and clarity of employee performance apprisal criteria.\r\nRecommendations are prepared to improve transparency and accountability in the\r\nperformance appraisal process, with the hope of increasing employee motivation\r\nand performance in this company.\r\nKeywords: Performance Assessment, Human Resources Management"^^ .
