"ABSTRAK\r\n\r\n\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung leader-member\r\nexchange dan mindfulness terhadap work engagement pada karyawan tetap di\r\ndepartemen farming service PT Great Giant Pineapple. Penelitian dilakukan\r\ndengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data\r\nmenggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode pengambilan sampel\r\nmenggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling,\r\ndengan jumlah sampel sebesar 180 responden. Instrumen, uji hipotesis, dan data\r\npenelitian dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 26. Metode analisis penelitian\r\nini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan\r\nbahwa penelitian ini mendukung seluruh hipotesis, leader-member exchange\r\nberpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, dan\r\nmindfulness berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap work\r\nengagement, berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa\r\npemimpin dan anggota karyawan perlu mengembangkan hubungan yang saling\r\nmendukung berlandaskan kepercayaan untuk mendorong work engagement yang\r\nkuat. Meningkatkan mindfulness dalam diri individu dapat membantu karyawan\r\nbekerja secara multitasking, karena mampu membangun tingkat vitalitas yang lebih\r\ntinggi pada aktivitas pekerjaan, kemudian dalam upaya mempertahankan work\r\nengagement yang kuat, perusahaan sebaiknya memberikan tantangan dan inovasi\r\nyang kreatif pada tugas kerja.\r\nKata kunci: leader-member exchange, mindfulness, work engagement\r\nABSTRACT\r\n\r\nThis study aims to examine the direct effect of leader-member exchange and\r\nmindfulness on work engagement in permanent employees in the farming service\r\ndepartment of PT Great Giant Pineapple. The research was conducted using a\r\nquantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert\r\nscale. The sampling method used probability sampling with simple random\r\nsampling technique, with a sample size of 180 respondents. Instruments, hypothesis\r\ntesting, and research data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software. This research\r\nanalysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that\r\nthis study supports all hypotheses, leader-member exchange has a direct positive\r\nand significant effect on work engagement, and mindfulness has a direct positive\r\nand significant effect on work engagement, based on the research that has been\r\ndone, indicating that leaders and members need to develop mutually supportive\r\nrelationships based on trust to encourage strong work engagement.
