This research used a survey method using a questionnaire. The research location was carried out at Adiksi Coffee Jl. Ryacudu, Way Dadi, Sukarame Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City which was chosen purposively with the consideration that the agro-industry is still actively carrying out production activities, marketing its products every day and producing typical products. Respondents in this study were owners and consumers of Adiksi Coffee coffee shops. The sampling technique in this study is included in non probability sampling. The research was conducted in February 2024, with a sample size of 32 respondents. The results showed that the procurement of raw materials in the production process at the Adiksi Coffee coffee shop was good and met the criteria of six right with a very good level of accuracy in the procurement of raw materials. The profit from iced coffee beverage products at Adiksi Coffee is IDR 6,223,886.59 per month. All beverage products are profitable to cultivate, meaning that production activities at the Adiksi Coffee coffee shop are feasible to continue. According to the perspective of Adiksi Coffee consumers, the 7P marketing mix component, which include product, price, place or distribution, promotion, human resources, processes, and physical evidence, were rated in the “good” category, scoring between 68.00%- 84.00%. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku, keuntungan, dan bauran pemasaran pada Adiksi Coffee di Kecamatan Sukarame Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Adiksi Coffee Jl. Ryacudu, Way Dadi, Kec. Sukarame, Kota Bandar Lampung yang dipilih secara purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa agroindustri tersebut masih aktif melaksanakan kegiatan produksi, memasarkan produknya setiap hari dan menghasilkan produk yang khas. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan konsumen kedai kopi Adiksi Coffee. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam non probability sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Febuari 2024, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan bahan baku dalam proses produksi pada kedai kopi Adiksi Coffee sudah baik dan memenuhi kriteria enam tepat dengan tingkat ketepatan pengadaan bahan baku sangat baik. Keuntungan produk minuman kopi ice pada Adiksi Coffee adalah sebesar Rp6.223.886,59 per bulan. Seluruh produk minuman menguntungkan untuk diusahakan, artinya kegiatan produksi pada kedai kopi Adiksi Coffee layak untuk dilanjutkan. Menurut perspektif konsumen Adiksi Coffee terhadap komponen-komponen bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) 7P yang terdiri dari komponen produk, harga, tempat atau distribusi, promosi, sumberdaya manusia, proses, dan bukti fisik pada Adiksi Coffee masuk kategori baik dengan presentase 68,00%-84,00%.
