abstract: Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sangat bergantung pada kualitas
penelitian, yang memerlukan data akurat dan relevan. Namun, peneliti sering
menghadapi kendala dalam proses pengumpulan data, seperti responden yang tidak
sesuai kriteria atau tingkat respons yang rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahan
tersebut dilakukan analisis untuk merancang dan membangun platform Quision,
sebuah platform yang dapat menghubungkan peneliti dengan responden
menggunakan metode pengembangan Agile Development dengan kerangka kerja
Scrum. Pengembangan platform melibatkan tahapan requirements, planning,
development, testing, dan review. Pengembangan berfokus pada bagian frontend,
menggunakan WordPress yang dimodifikasi serta terintegrasi dengan payment
gateway dan plugins seperti Elementor dan code snippet untuk menyesuaikan
tampilan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Pengujian fungsional sistem menggunakan
metode black box testing terhadap 67 fitur, dengan semua fitur dapat berfungsi
dengan baik. Pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS)
dengan hasil skor 77,3, yang menunjukkan kegunaan platform dapat diterima oleh
pengguna dengan tingkat penerimaan acceptable. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan
pengguna menghasilkan skor 4,2475, menempatkan platform dalam kategori
'sangat puas'. Hasil pengujian tersebut membuktikan bahwa Platform Quision dapat
menjadi solusi efektif bagi peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data secara efisien dan
mendukung partisipasi masyarakat dari berbagai latar belakang, sehingga dapat
berkontribusi terhadap kemajuan penelitian.

ABSTRACT

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF QUISION FRONT END WEBSITE: A
PLATFORM CONNECTING RESEARCHERS WITH RESPONDENTS

USING AGILE DEVELOPMENT METHOD

The advancement of science and technology heavily relies on the quality of
research, which requires accurate and relevant data. However, researchers often
encounter challenges in the data collection process, such as respondents not
meeting criteria or low response rates. To address these issues, an analysis was
conducted to design and develop the Quision platform, which connects researchers
with respondents using the Agile Development method with the Scrum framework.
The development process involved stages of requirements gathering, planning,
development, testing, and review. The focus was on the frontend development,
utilizing a modified WordPress integrated with a payment gateway and plugins like
Elementor and code snippets to tailor the interface to user needs. Functional testing
of the system employed black box testing methods on 67 features, all of which
functioned correctly. Usability testing used the System Usability Scale (SUS),
resulting in a score of 77.3, indicating that the platform's usability is acceptable to
users. User satisfaction was measured, yielding a score of 4.2475, placing the
platform in the 'very satisfied' category. These test results demonstrate that the
Quision Platform can be an effective solution for researchers in efficiently
collecting data and encouraging participation from individuals with diverse
backgrounds, thereby contributing to the advancement of research.
