?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=RANCANG+BANGUN+ALAT+PENGASAP+TIPE+PARALEL+&rft.creator=%09Tirta+%2C+Satria+Gemilang%09&rft.subject=630+Pertanian+dan+teknologi+yang+berkaitan&rft.description=Penelitian+ini+bertujuan+untuk+merancang%2C+membuat%2C+dan+menguji+coba+alat+%0D%0Apengasap+tipe+paralel+dimana+memiliki+keluaran+yang+dapat+diatur+dan+mempunyai+%0D%0Akeseragaman+suhu+pada+tiap+lemari+pengasap.+Dalam+penelitian+ini+dilakukan+%0D%0Aperancangan%2C+perakitan%2C+pengujian%2C+dan+pengaturan+suhu.+Alat+pengasap+tipe+%0D%0Aparalel+ini+memiliki+3+bagian+utama+yaitu+tungku+bakar%2C+pipa+inlet%2C+dan+lemari+%0D%0Apengasap.+Pada+bagian+pipa+inlet+terdapat+kran+yang+berfungsi+sebagai+pengatur+%0D%0Akeluaran+asap+dan+suhu+dari+tungku+bakar+ke+lemari+pengasap.+Dalam+hal+%0D%0Apengujian%2C+alat+ini+diuji+dengan+beberapa+tahapan%2C+yaitu+uji+coba+1%2C+uji+coba+2%2C+dan+%0D%0Auji+kinerja.+Setelah+pengujian+selesai%2C+maka+dilakukan+tahap+terakhir+yaitu+%0D%0Apenyamaan+suhu+pada+setiap+lemarinya.+Tahap+uji+coba+1+dilakukan+dengan+%0D%0Aperlakuan+pada+pengoperasian+lemari+pengasap.+Dimana+dilakukan+tahapan+%0D%0Apengoperasian+semua+lemari+secara+bersamaan%2C+lalu+dilakukan+pengoperasian+2+%0D%0Alemari+dan+yang+satu+ditutup+jalurnya+secara+bergantian.+Hasil+didapatkan+%0D%0Abahwasanya+alat+mengalami+kendala+berupa+suhu+yang+tidak+stabil+dan+terjadi+%0D%0Akebocoran+pada+lemari+pengasap+sehingga+diperlukan+penambalan+dengan+silicon.+%0D%0ASetelah+perbaikan+desain+dilakukan+maka+dilanjutkan+uji+coba+2+dan+uji+kinerja.+%0D%0AUji+coba+2+dilakukan+untuk+mengetahui+apakah+alat+masih+memiliki+masalah+atau%0D%0Atidak+sebelum+dilakukan+uji+kinerja.+Untuk+perlakuan+uji+coba+2+sama+dengan+%0D%0Ayang+diberikan+pada+saat+uji+coba+1.+Hasilnya%2C+alat+tidak+mengalami+kebocoran+%0D%0Adan+suhu+stabil+serta+alat+dalam+keadaan+siap+beroperasi+pada+menit+ke+15.+%0D%0ASetelahnya+dilakukan+uji+kinerja+yang+tahapannya+sama+dengan+uji+coba+1+dan+2.+%0D%0AHal+ini+ditujukan+untuk+melihat+apakah+alat+memang+sesuai+dengan+hasil+saat+uji+%0D%0Acoba+atau+tidak.+Setelah+uji+kinerja+dilakukan%2C+tahap+terakhir+ialah+penyamaan+%0D%0Asuhu+di+setiap+lemari+agar+menghasilkan+suhu+yang+sama+dan+stabil.+Penyamaan+%0D%0Aini+dilakukan+dengan+cara+pengaturan+bukaan+klep+kran+yang+terdapat+pada+pipa+%0D%0Ainlet.+Didapatkan+hasil%2C+alat+pengasap+tipe+paralel+yang+memiliki+3+lemari+%0D%0Apengasap+dengan+suhu+yang+sama+berkisar+37+derajat+Celsius.+Suhu+tersebut+dapat+%0D%0Adigunakan+sebagai+pengasapan+suhu+rendah.+%0D%0AKata+Kunci%3A+alat+pengasap%2C+suhu%2C+paralel%2C+laju+energi%2C+pengasapan%0D%0AThis+research+aims+to+design%2C+manufacture+and+test+a+parallel+type+smoker+which+%0D%0Ahas+an+output+that+can+be+controlled+and+has+uniform+temperature+in+each+smoker+%0D%0Acabinet.+In+this+research%2C+design%2C+assembly%2C+testing+and+temperature+regulation+%0D%0Awere+carried+out.+This+parallel+type+smoker+has+3+main+parts%2C+namely+the+%0D%0Acombustion+stove%2C+inlet+pipe%2C+and+smoking+cupboard.+In+the+inlet+pipe+there+is+a+%0D%0Afaucet+which+functions+as+a+control+for+the+smoke+output+and+temperature+from+the+%0D%0Acombustion+stove+to+the+smoking+cupboard.+In+terms+of+testing%2C+this+tool+was+tested+%0D%0Ain+several+stages%2C+namely+trial+1%2C+trial+2%2C+and+performance+test.+After+the+test+is+%0D%0Acomplete%2C+the+final+stage+is+carried+out%2C+namely+equalizing+the+temperature+in+each+%0D%0Acupboard.+The+trial+phase+1+was+carried+out+with+treatment+on+the+operation+of+%0D%0Athe+smoke+cupboard.+Where+the+stages+of+operation+of+all+cupboards+are+carried+%0D%0Aout+simultaneously%2C+then+operation+of+2+cupboards+is+carried+out+and+one+path+is+%0D%0Aclosed+alternately.+The+results+showed+that+the+tool+experienced+problems+in+the+%0D%0Aform+of+unstable+temperatures+and+leaks+in+the+smoker+cupboard%2C+so+it+required+%0D%0Apatching+with+silicon.+After+design+improvements+have+been+made%2C+trial+2+and+%0D%0Aperformance+testing+are+continued.+Trial+2+was+carried+out+to+find+out+whether+the+%0D%0Atool+still+had+problems+or+not+before+carrying+out+a+performance+test.+The%0D%0Atreatment+for+trial+2+was+the+same+as+that+given+during+trial+1.+As+a+result%2C+the+%0D%0Adevice+had+no+leaks+and+the+temperature+was+stable+and+the+device+was+ready+to+%0D%0Aoperate+at+the+15th+minute.+After+that%2C+a+performance+test+was+carried+out+which+%0D%0Ahad+the+same+stages+as+trials+1+and+2.+This+is+intended+to+see+whether+the+tool+is+in+%0D%0Aaccordance+with+the+results+during+testing+or+not.+After+the+performance+test+is+%0D%0Acarried+out%2C+the+final+stage+is+to+equalize+the+temperature+in+each+cupboard+to+%0D%0Aproduce+the+same+and+stable+temperature.+This+equalization+is+done+by+adjusting+%0D%0Athe+opening+of+the+faucet+valve+on+the+inlet+pipe.+The+results+obtained+were+a+%0D%0Aparallel+type+smoker+which+had+3+smoking+cabinets+with+the+same+temperature+%0D%0Aaround+37+degrees+Celsius.+This+temperature+can+used+for+low+smoking+%0D%0Atemperature.+%0
