Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2023--Desember 2023 di Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung dan Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu P1: Tebon jagung + 4% onggok + 5% kulit nanas, P2: Tebon jagung + 4% onggok + 10% kulit nanas, P3: Tebon jagung + 4% onggok + 15% kulit nanas Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kulit nanas dengan level berbeda pada silase tebon jagung tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan bahan kering, bahan organik dan uji organoleptik, serta berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap nilai pH. Hasil terbaik pada nilai pH berdasarkan uji DMRT yaitu pada perlakuan tebon jagung + 4% onggok + 15% kulit nanas. Kata Kunci : Bahan kering, bahan organik, silase tebon jagung ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF ADDITIONING PINEAPPLE SKIN AT DIFFERENT LEVELS ON DRY MATTER CONTENT, ORGANIC MATTER, PH VALUE, AND ORGANOLEPTIC TESTS OF CORN SILAGE By Dela Septia This study aims to determine the best level of pineapple skin addition to dry matter, organic matter, and corn tebon silage organoleptic test. This research will be carried out in October2023--December 2023 at the Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung and Laboratory of Nutrition and Animal Feed, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 3 treatments and 4 repeats. The treatment given is P1: Corn Tebon + 5% pineapple peel + 4% cassava waste, P2: Corn Tebon + 10% pineapple peel + 4% cassava waste, P3: Corn Tebon + 15% pineapple peel + 4% cassava waste. The data obtained will be analyzed using Variety Analysis (ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the addition of pineapple peel with different levels to corn silage had no real effect (P>0.05) on the content of dry matter, organic matter and organoleptic test, and had a real effect (P<0.05) on the pH value. The best results in pH values based on the DMRT test were in the treatment of corn tebon + 4% cassava waste + 15% pineapple peel.
