abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan tata tertib sekolah
dan self- awareness (kesadaran diri) terhadap kedisiplinan siswa melalui motivasi
belajar pada siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN 1 Tanjung Bintang. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XII IPS di SMAN 1 Tanjung Bintang dengan
jumlah sebanyak 140 orang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104
orang dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan menggunakan
simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dilakukan melalui uji
t dan secara simultan dilakukan menggunakan uji F. hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa kadar determinasi sebesar 0,800 atau 80% hal ini berarti
variabel penerapan tata tertib sekolah, self-Awareness (kesadarn diri) dan motivasi
belajar sebesar 80% dan sisanya sebesar 20% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing school rules and self-
awareness (self-awareness) on student discipline through learning motivation in

class XII IPS students at SMAN 1 Tanjung Bintang. The population in this study
was all class XII IPS at SMAN 1 Tanjung Bintang with a total of 140 people. The
number of samples in this study was 104 people using a probability sampling
method using simple random sampling. Partial hypothesis testing was carried out
using the t test and simultaneously carried out using the F test. The results of this
study showed that the determination level was 0.800 or 80%, this means that the
variables for implementing school rules, self-awareness and learning motivation
were 80%. and the remaining 20% is influenced by other factors.
