Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik agroindustri dan karyawan kedua Warung kopi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus di Warung Kopi Sapo Bayang dan Warung Kopi Oring. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengkaji kelayakan aspek non finansial yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen, serta aspek sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan usaha warung kopi pada warung kopi Sapo Bayang dan Oring Kopi secara finansial dengan melakukan analisis penilaian kriteria investasi yaitu nilai bersih sekarang (Net Present Value), rasio manfaat biaya (Gross Benefit Cost; Net Benefit Cost), tingkat pengembalian internal (Internal Rate Return), dan jangka waktu (Payback Period) dan analisis sensitivitas. Secara finansial, pada warung kopi Sapo Bayang dan Oring Kopi dinyatakan layak dan menguntungkan dinilai dari NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, Net B/C dan Payback Period yang memenuhi kriteria investasi. Nilai sensitivitas pada usaha Sapo Bayang dan Oring Kopi dinyatakan layak secara finansial dan cenderung sensitif. Hasil investasi yang dianalisis warung kopi Oring Kopi atau modern yang efisien untuk dijalankan, dilihat dari keuntungan dan payback period yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa aspek yang layak untuk dilaksanakan yaitu aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan, pada warung kopi Sapo Bayang pada aspek manajemen dinyatakan tidak layak dan pada Oring Kopi aspek hukum dan manajemen dinyatakan tidak layak. Kata kunci: finansial, kelayakan, non finansial This study aims to analyze the feasibility of investment in terms of financial aspects in traditional and modern coffee shops, analyze the feasibility of investment in terms of non-financial aspects in traditional and modern coffee shops. Respondents in this study were agro-industry owners and employees of both coffee shops. The method used in this research is a case study at Sapo Bayang Coffee Shop and Oring Coffee Shop. The data analysis methods used in this research are qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative analysis was conducted to assess the feasibility of non-financial aspects, namely market aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects, management aspects, and socio- economic and environmental aspects. Quantitative analysis was used to assess the feasibility of the coffee shop business at Sapo Bayang and Oring Kopi coffee shops financially by analyzing the assessment of investment criteria, namely Net Present Value, Gross Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, and Payback Period and sensitivity analysis. Financially, the Sapo Bayang and Oring Kopi coffee shops are declared feasible and profitable judging from the NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, Net B/C and Payback Period which meet the investment criteria. The sensitivity value of the Sapo Bayang and Oring Kopi businesses is declared financially feasible and tends to be sensitive. The investment results analyzed by Oring Kopi or modern coffee shops are efficient to run, seen from the profit and payback period obtained. The results showed that there were several aspects that were feasible to implement, namely market aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects, socio-economic and environmental aspects, in the Sapo Bayang coffee shop the management aspect was declared not feasible and in Oring Kopi the legal and management aspects were declared not feasible.
