METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ)
DI INDUSTRI KERUPUK UD CITRA TRADIA FOOD
%X This study aims to determine the best forecasting method, optimal purchase
quantity, safety stock, reorder point, maximum inventory, and total inventory cost
of UD Citra Tradia Food raw materials for 2024 using the EOQ method. The
research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods with causal method
analysis and time series for demand forecasting, as well as the EOQ model for raw
material inventory. The results showed that the simple linear regression method is
effective for forecasting demand for quality I ground fish of 3,166.67 kg, while
the single moving average method is suitable for quality II ground fish of 13,929
kg, tapioca flour of 240,250 kg, and cooking oil of 131,245 L. The optimal
purchase quantity for 2024 is 259 kg of quality I ground fish, 1,140 kg of quality
II ground fish, 32,869 kg of tapioca flour, and 17,956 L of cooking oil. Safety
stock of quality ground fish I is 42.38 kg, quality ground fish II is 26.16 kg,
tapioca flour is 535.85 kg, and cooking oil is 609.36 L. Reorder point for quality
ground fish I is 52.80 kg, quality ground fish II is 74.18 kg, tapioca flour is
2,192.10 kg, and cooking oil is 1,053.45 L. Maximum inventory of quality ground
fish I is 52.80 kg, quality ground fish II is 74.18 kg, tapioca flour is 2,192.10 kg,
and cooking oil is 1,053.45L. Maximum inventory of quality ground fish I is
360.51 kg, quality ground fish II is 1,469.49 kg, tapioca flour is 33,404.86 kg, and
cooking oil is 18,565.21 L. The resulting total inventory cost is Rp718,967.87 for
quality ground fish I, Rp718,967.87 for quality ground fish II, Rp1,041,577.74 for
tapioca flour, and Rp1,041,577.74 for cooking oil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode peramalan terbaik, kuantitas
pembelian optimal, safety stock, reorder point, maximum inventory, dan total
inventory cost bahan baku UD Citra Tradia Food untuk tahun 2024 menggunakan
metode EOQ. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis
kuantitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat dan deret waktu untuk peramalan
permintaan, serta model EOQ untuk persediaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linier sederhana efektif untuk peramalan
permintaan ikan giling mutu I sebesar 3.166,67 kg, sementara metode single
moving average cocok untuk ikan giling mutu II sebesar 13.929 kg, tepung
tapioka sebesar 240.250 kg, dan minyak goreng sebesar 131.245 L. Kuantitas
pembelian optimal untuk tahun 2024 adalah 259 kg ikan giling mutu I, 1.140 kg
ikan giling mutu II, 32.869 kg tepung tapioka, dan 17.956 L minyak goreng.

1.469,49 kg, tepung tapioka sebesar 33.404,86 kg, dan minyak goreng sebesar
18.565,21 L. Total inventory cost yang dihasilkan adalah Rp718.967,87 untuk
ikan giling mutu I, Rp718.967,87 ikan giling mutu II, Rp1.041.577,74 untuk
tepung tapioka, dan Rp1.041.577,74 untuk minyak goreng.
